oUR EXPANSION PROGRAM HAS JUST COMPLETED THE ADDITION OF OUR 24X30 ROBERT SINTO MOLD MACHINE, WHICH WENT INTO FULL PRODUCTION ON 5/17/2000.
Our molding department and our melting and pour off facilities are closely integrated to insure a smooth flow of certified chemically correct iron from our three melting units to our two Roberts Sinto 20 x 24 molding units connected to 90 mold indexing holding stations to insure proper cooling time which is critical in the casting process. We also have a 20 x 24 Hunter molding unit and two squeezer lines that are on the pallet system with a 1 hour cooling time after pouring. Our molding units can run castings from a few ounces to one hundred pounds.
